Just finished watching Brazil for the first time. Gilliam has (had?) the most awesome imagination. Makes Tim Burton look positively stunted.

Yeah, it's always been one of those 'must see' films, but it's just always seemed to be forever on my 'to see' list. We ended up buying the DVD for £4, and even then it took 3 months before we unwrapped it! :)

Well... it's a Python-esque '1984', but much, much darker... with less paranoia, but more distrust... :)
